Katrina Hichman, a PMP Certified Program Manager and graduate of Appalachian State University with a BSBA degree, brings a wealth of experience and expertise to her role at Riverside. Currently, Katrina oversees a diverse portfolio of contracts for NOAA and FWS, focusing on fisheries and water resources management, climate science, data preservation, and cloud migration.
Joining Riverside in 2019, Katrina introduced over 20 years of extensive global technical expertise, spanning R&D, operations, quality management, continuous improvement, and procurement. She excels in collaborating with dispersed agile and traditional teams on intricate projects, co-creating and delivering results to both public and private sectors. Beyond her program management responsibilities, Katrina actively contributes to various Riverside corporate functions, including marketing and business development.
Outside of her professional commitments, Katrina finds joy in spending time with her family and her beloved Maltese Shih Tzu, Sami. An avid traveler and outdoor enthusiast, she seeks opportunities to explore new destinations, embark on hiking adventures, and indulge in mountain biking excursions, reflecting her passion for exploration and appreciation for nature’s beauty.
