About OASIS SB

Riverside is one of the recipients for the GSA OASIS SB $60 billion, 10 year contract vehicle covering agencies’ need for a full range of services requirements. Riverside is pleased to join a pool of 123 companies who were awarded the U.S. General Services Administration’s (GSA) One Acquisition Solution for Integrated Services – Small Business (OASIS SB) contract vehicle. As an OASIS awardee, Riverside can continue providing federal government agencies around the globe with solutions to a multitude of professional service-based requirements. OASIS was developed to meet the government’s need of a hybrid acquisition vehicle that would reduce the duplication of contracting efforts across government departments. With this contract vehicle, Riverside is able to compete with other companies in Pool 4 (NAICS code 541712), one of six available small-business pools based on current NAICS codes. The OASIS award provides Riverside a new vehicle to support the growing needs of our most important client, the federal government. With OASIS, federal users will be able to choose professional service offerings centered around the contract’s core disciplines, which include: federal, logistics, engineering, science, management consulting, and program management. GSA estimates that the federal government may procure as much as $60 billion of services through the OASIS SB vehicle. Riverside’s OASIS contract consists of a five-year base period and one five-year option to extend the cumulative term of the contract to 10 years. OASIS has already attracted agency customers, including the Air Force, which committed to use OASIS SB instead of creating several of its own multiple award contracts. GSA estimates these efforts to be worth approximately $1.4 billion annually.
