NOAA - Advanced Hydrologic Prediction Services (AHPS) Program
Riverside continues supporting the AHPS program by developing and implementing state-of-the-art services for hydrological forecast models.

Federal
Riverside supports federal contracts throughout the United States.
Federal clients and partners include NOAA, USDA, USGS, USTDA, USBR, FEMA and others. Riverside provides a diverse range of technical support, from helping the federal government with building the next generation of environmental satellites, to developing the systems transforming satellite data into usable information products monitoring the environment, to enhancing and developing the systems used in predicting floods and other natural hazards. Riverside currently holds the following federal contracts:
- NOAA/NESDIS (Contract No. DG133E07CQ0055) - Awarded to Riverside in September 2007, NOAA exercised its second year option and granted Riverside year 2 of the four additional 12-month option periods. Riverside is providing technical support, systems engineering and engineering services (TSSEES) for NOAA's Satellite and Information Services.
- NOAA/NWS (Contract No. DG133W03CQ0021) - Riverside has been working on the implementation of the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) contract supporting the National Weather Service (NWS) Advanced Hydrologic Prediction Service (AHPS) program since 1997. Supporting this program includes: scientific research, numerical modeling, data analysis and staff training.
- USACE (Contract No. W91238-08-A-0018) - Under this contract, Riverside is working with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers accelerating the deployment of the Corps Water Management Systems (CWMS) technology throughout the country.
- GSA - Riverside is on the GSA schedule for Professional Engineering Services and Environmental Services under contract no. GS00F0026P. Our engineering services include hydrology, hydrometeorology, hydrologic modeling and forecasting, water resources analyses and decision support systems (DSS). Our environmental services include environmental planning, assessment and monitoring, Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and remote sensing.
State and Local
Riverside provides solutions for state and local governments through designing and developing flood/drought forecasting models, river basin modeling, GIS, decision support systems, and more. Because of our familiarity, continued dedication, and success with state and local government issues, Riverside is repeatedly called upon to provide these and other consulting and engineering services. Working at the local level for the City of Fort Collins, county level for Weld, Larimer, and other counties, and at the state level with organizations such as the Colorado Water Conservation Board, our track record goes beyond more than ten years of repeated, continued business.
International Organizations
In addition to our federal, state, and local government support programs, Riverside provides valued services to governments worldwide, multilateral development banks and international development agencies, and to local projects and stakeholders. Our experience working with international government agencies include the Panama Canal Authority, China's Ministry of Water Resources, and the Mexican National Commission of Water (CNA), as well as international partnerships with the Nile Basin Initiative. Riverside implements comprehensive solutions for projects funded by international doners such as the World Bank, USAID, and the Asian Development Bank. For these international agencies we are providing services that include: climate change studies, evapotranspiration mapping, hydrometeorological forecasting, irrigation water management, institutional strengthening & training, agro-ecological zone mapping, emergency management, and development of flood early warning systems. Our international experience includes developing and implementing technologies for projects in the following regions: Central, South, and Southeast Asia, Africa, Europe, Central and South America, and the Caribbean.

Over the past twenty five years, Riverside has continued providing clients in private industry technical solutions meeting their demands and expectations. Riverside maintains a high-level of repeat customers, developing long-standing customer relationships.
